Peppy’s bottles are designed with two thick stainless steel walls, with vacuum in between, that prevents heat transfer into the surroundings, or heat penetration from the surroundings, which means hot contents stay hot and cold ones stay cold for longer periods. And moreover, our lids do an excellent job by preventing air entering or leaving the bottle. Peppy’s bottles keeps your drinks hot for more than 12 hours – this is tested by filling the bottle with hot boiling water and checking temperature after 12 hours.

items like phones or steel mugs, the bottles may acquire a dent or coating chipped off if dropped
or handled poorly. The coating on the bottles are of superior standards with a thicker and

Great question. If you wish to keep chilled water, fill your bottle with pre-chilled water from the fridge.You can also add in some ice cubes. Do note, filling water in the bottle and placing it in the fridge or freezer does not have any effect on the water,and on the contrary only causes damage to your bottle’s performance. If you want to keep your water hot, fill the bottle first with hot water so it heats up the inner wall for a short time, empty it out, then fill it with the drinks you would like to drink hot. This trick keeps the contents hot even longer. Our claims on the bottle’s ability to keep contents hot or cold are based on tests using water. Other beverages may have varying results.

We recommend cleaning your bottles regularly with liquid soap and water and rinse well. It is a good practice to let the bottle dry out by leaving it without the lid for a while, especially if it is not being used for a long duration. Use a bottle brush for better results,especially after carrying juices, smoothies or tea/coffee. Our food grade stainless steel keeps your bottle and liquids odour-free. However, failing to wash the bottle and lids regularly can create an odour or smell that can arise naturally. We do not recommend any metal cleaning liquids or fluids. Just soap and water works perfectly well.

Your bottles are made of high grade stainless steel that is inert and does not retain flavours or smells. If you have already given it a good scrub with a bottle brush and warm soapy water, then try mixing vinegar and baking soda in warm water and rinse well. Rinse again with warm soapy water, then with plenty of fresh water and leave upside down to drain.
